Ferrier joins HLPartnership as new regional sales manager

Dedicated mortgage and protection network HLPartnership (HLP) has announced the appointment of Preeti Ferrier as its new regional sales manager for the South. Ferrier joins the company from Just Mortgages, where she served as regional director for over five years.

In her new role, Ferrier will focus on supporting HLP’s member firms in the South, assisting where needed to help the firms expand their market presence. She will collaborate with other regional sales managers to provide tailored guidance, offering tools and expertise to help member firms grow their businesses and adapt to changing market conditions.

“We are delighted to welcome Preeti Ferrier to the team. Her expertise perfectly complements HLP’s commitment to supporting the growth of its member firms,” said Tom Barnett, sales and recruitment director at HLP.

“Her experience in recruitment, nurturing talent, and driving business success will be invaluable in helping advisers implement their growth strategies and achieve long term success. Her track record of working closely with businesses to help them thrive aligns perfectly with our focus on supporting advisers across the network.”

Ferrier’s background includes senior roles at Connells and Nationwide, where she gained extensive experience in brokering and business development.

Founded in 2001, HLP has built a reputation for leveraging technological innovation to support mortgage and protection advisers. Headquartered in Leicester, the network continues to emphasise the importance of integrating technology into advisory practices, ensuring its members are well-positioned to succeed in the digital era.

Most recently, in September, HLP announced that it secured a strategic investment from BetterHome Group (BHG), through which BHG will provide HLP with advanced technology, enhanced support, and new growth opportunities for its advisers across the UK.
