Financial firms fill key roles

Two prominent financial services businesses have announced key appointments.

Market Harborough Building Society has appointed Francesca Hampton (pictured left) as a non-executive director, bringing 25 years of financial services experience. Hampton currently serves as group chief financial officer for Raymond James Wealth Management Group.

The society specialises in providing solutions for bridging finance and complex mortgage cases, including its recently launched OneBanx project, which aims to restore banking services to high streets, and PlanetSaver, which competitive rates with environmental responsibility.

Hampton will help drive its future ambitions for growth, said CEO Iain Kirkpatrick.

Meanwhile, Black & White Bridging has strengthened its London presence with the appointment of Najma Hashime (pictured right) as lending manager. The company is expanding its lending capabilities to meet increasing broker and client demand, supported by a new funding line.

In her new role, Hashime will manage the company’s growing origination pipeline. Martyn Smith, managing director at Black & White Bridging, said her experience and expertise in the lending sector will be invaluable as the business continues to expand and meet growing demand.
