Appointments aim to strengthen industry partnerships
Three firms in the mortgage and property industry – Access Financial Services (Access FS), April Mortgages, and LSL Financial Services – have each announced key appointments aimed at strengthening their market positions.
Broker firm Access FS has appointed Nicholas Jones (pictured left) as mortgage sales and marketing director, a newly created role focused on expanding the company’s mortgage business.
With 24 years of specialist lending experience, Jones will oversee the growth of mortgage sales, deepen engagement with existing advisers, and further develop the Access FS brand.
“Access FS has been growing impressively since launch,” Jones said. “I’m looking forward to building on that as the company evolves.”
In a parallel move, residential lender April Mortgages has named Rachael Hunnisett (pictured centre) as director of mortgage distribution.
Hunnisett brings over a decade of experience in financial services to the role, where she will lead the lender’s distribution strategy. She will report to chief operating officer Mark Eaton.
“Strong distribution partnerships are central to our growth strategy, and I’m delighted to lead this work alongside a team of talented, dedicated professionals,” she said.
Meanwhile, property services provider LSL Financial Services has appointed Craig Hall (pictured right) as director of strategic partnerships.
Hall, who joined LSL in 2021 as director of new homes financial services, will now manage relationships with lenders, insurance providers, and new homes partners. LSL development director Lisa Martin and her team will continue to manage relationships with strategic partners on behalf of directly authorised customers in the TMA Mortgage Club.
“I am delighted to be taking up this new role and excited to build on the fantastic relationships with our supplier partners, ensuring we continue to provide the best possible value for our broker partners and their customers,” Hall said.
