The two-year fixed rate is priced at 4.75 per cent whilst the five-year is priced at 4.99 per cent. The former has an arrangement fee of £499 and a booking fee of £999, the latter has an arrangement fee of £299 and a booking fee of £299. Both are available to 80 per cent LTV.
The products are portable and offer the facility to overpay, underpay and redraw funds, without further approval, at a moment´s notice.
