Judith White commenced her new role on 4th July. She reports into Duncan Berry, head of 1st mortgages and she has the First National Sales team reporting into her. Judith also works closely with John Sturgess, 1st mortgage national sales manager for the igroup brand.
In her new position, Judith is responsible for managing the First National sales team, growing it and driving its business forward. She also works with the igroup sales team to ensure consistently high standards across the GE Home Lending business.
Judith has broad experience of the mortgage industry, having worked in the sector for 21 years. She joins GE Home Lending from Southern Pacific Mortgage Ltd (SPML), where she worked for six-and-a-half years as the national sales manager, gaining extensive experience in developing sales force effectiveness. Judith worked for the secured lending arm of SPML and doubled business levels in two years. Prior to this, Judith worked for Mortgage Trust for four years as a business development manager.

My priorities are to work with the sales team to meet and exceed our targets, to reinforce our intermediary relationships including packagers, and to guarantee superior delivery of our products and services. I am dedicated to ensuring First National maintains and builds-upon its strong position in the marketplace."
