first4cover premiered at the annual Mortgage Business Expo at Earls Court in London. first4cover is an online general insurance quotation system, providing high quality, competitive products, supporting the mortgage intermediary and lender markets. Products currently include: mortgage payment protection insurance (PPI); buildings and contents insurance; family legal protection and home emergency.
Based on a joint relationship between Cardif Pinnacle, part of BNP Paribas and Equity Insurance Group, commenting on the organisation, Richard Embley, national intermediary manager at Cardif Pinnacle, said: “We aim to increase our share of the Intermediary market and firmly believe that technology together with data integration, is the key to supporting this sector. Developing products that meet customer needs in a fully compliant way is a fundamental principle of treating customers fairly (TCF). first4cover achieves these objectives.”
