Radley has been appointed Managing Director of UK Secured Lending (Barclaycard) which encompasses FIRSTPLUS – the UK’s leading prime secured lender, and its sister company Broker Ridge.
Mr Radley, 43, has, for the last two years, been working on venture capital projects in the UK and Italy. Between 1999 and 2005 he held a number of senior roles in HBOS including CEO of Credit Cards and Head of Group Strategic Planning. Prior to this he worked for Barclays PLC for seven years.
He will be responsible for continuing the successful growth of FIRSTPLUS and Broker Ridge, defining the strategic direction of the businesses and ensuring delivery.
