The website contains information on all the products and services available from FMO and over 60 strategic partners.
The site, which replaces the old one, contains over 2,000 pages of information including industry news, product news, every lender partner’s application form, and links to lender web-sites and KFIs. The site accesses FMO packaged mortgage case tracking, on-line secured and unsecured loans, on-line life protection and general insurance products, commercial mortgage, compliance support, conveyancing, will writing and Insolvency Practice services. The new site also includes a ‘Lender’ library which identifies product criteria and underwriting terms that are not generally considered when using mortgage sourcing systems.
FMO’s Operations Director Debbie Lloyd said: “We have put an enormous amount of information on FMO and partner products and services into this site, and the biggest challenge we faced was how to make the site easy to navigate with the vast amount of data we had to include. Because of this we decided to design the site for IFAs and mortgage intermediaries who want quick access to vast amounts of information, with site navigation that makes it easy to get where you want to be, quickly. We have included partnership web site links with over 60 product providers, to allow users to have one web site to enter giving access to a huge range of products and providers”.
The FMO website has a number of new partners products and services in the pipeline and over the next few months the site is expected to almost double in size.
