From August, for each client referred to FCD that processes a deal, the broker will receive a generous commission paid as a percentage of the brokerage earned.
Commissions will be earned each time the client uses the company to transfer funds overseas in the future.
The broker’s total commission will be paid on a quarterly basis and will include a full breakdown of those clients that have traded.
Robin Haynes, director at FCD, explained the benefits of such a partnership from both sides of the equation: “We currently have relationships with over 160 brokers, advisors and overseas agents, with some earning as much as £8,000 per quarter, which equates to £32,000 per annum in commission. Recommending the services of a reputable foreign exchange brokerage reflects well on the individual broker and increases the likelihood of them securing repeat business because their clients will achieve the best return from their money, so will view the referral as good advice.”
