The roadshows, in association with The Mortgage Times Group (MTG) and sponsored by db mortgages, will have seminars and advice sessions for intermediaries operating within the non-conforming sector. MTG will provide an overview of the sector, and technology within the market, while db mortgages will focus on the evolution of sourcing systems. GMAC-RFC will also provide a seminar on data integration and improving communication between lenders and brokers.
The MI forums will give brokers the opportunity to ask lenders questions relating to non-conforming and technological solutions within the market.
The forums will take place on 4 September at The Millennium Stadium in Cardiff; 2 October at The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester; and 17 October at The Royal College of Physicians in London.
Alex Hammond, PR manager at Kensington, said: “We are talking about the evolution of the non-conforming market. As a pioneer in the market, we have seen how the market has changed, and it is good to be involved in such an event.”
Payam Azadi, head of marketing at MTG, said: “Recent movements in the adverse sector, such as lenders pulling product ranges, show the complex nature of this market and why it’s critical that advisers are up to speed with the latest developments.”
