This is to enable these firms to find out more about how we work and what we do at the Financial Ombudsman Service.
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) will regulate mortgage intermediaries from the end of October this year, and insurance intermediaries from 14 January 2005. From the same dates, these firms will be covered, by law, by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
