Bayley joined from GE Money Home Lending (formally First National) where he was commercial director after spending 16 years within the GE Group in the UK and abroad.
Before that he started his career in financial services with Welcome Finance in 1995, then The Associates before joining First National in 1998, working up from a sales representative through a number of different roles.
