Through its ongoing communication with those running financial planning businesses and advisory practices, IFP is keen to help members not only to interpret the current situation but also to plan effective strategies to help them to meet the proposals for the future.
There are of course a number of solutions to consider and, at this event, the IFP will set out how it can provide the required support to the Financial Planning community.
The conference is free to attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. It takes place on September 8 at the offices of Henderson Global Investors, in Bishopsgate London. Places are limited.
As well as four leading speakers, delegates can expect plenty of opportunity for Q&A.
Nick Cann CEO of the IFP, commented: "With the summer holidays almost over, there are now just over two years left for advisers to implement the proposals set out in the RDR.
“A number of further challenges around qualifications and gap filling amongst others have been set out over the summer, and it's clear that many advisers and firms will benefit from help to meet these. IFP is well placed to support Financial Planning businesses through this significant exercise, and this event is an ideal way for us to demonstrate just how."
Speakers will be David Geale, Sector Manager at the FSA, Nick Cann CEO of the IFP, Lucy Courtenay, Education Director of the IFP and Simon Ward Chief Economist for Henderson Global Investors.
