To coincide with Monday's range relaunch, Abbey's offer will be available on its best 2-year fixed rate core mortgage, however it is only available for eight days.
Available at 5.79 per cent with £675 fee, this product is open to people who can complete before 31 December 2007.
Nici Audhlam-Gardiner, Abbey head of mortgages, said: "Normally free legals and valuation are only available on our remortgage product, which has a rate of 5.89 per cent. However, this deal has a rate of 5.79 per cent and so offers great value for people who can complete before the end of the year."
