The events are open to non-Tenet clients and bookings are now being taken for seminars in Cumbernauld on 23rd November and Belfast on 30th November.
Topics include a discussion of the different roadmaps to QCF 4, fee-charging and how to segment clients within a structure that meets all their needs. Tenet will also run seminars on new FSA initiatives covering wraps and platforms as well as pension transfers and how these will affect businesses pre and post-2012.
For IFAs thinking of exiting the market, there is also a section on how to value your business and maximise this prior to sale.
Advisers can additionally claim a free qualification audit, where Tenet’s training team will analyse an individual’s current exam status and recommend the best route to RDR compliance.
“The topics covered at the interactive sessions so far have provoked very meaningful discussion among the participating advisers,” said chief executive, Simon Hudson.
“Amid all the industry commentary, some of which aims to deliberately sensationalise the proposed changes, advisers need clear practical guidance that helps them to recognise both gaps and opportunities in the run-up to RDR.”
