The new toolkit, launched on 26 August, gives advisers access to a variety of tools, tips and techniques to enhance their income protection selling skills.
As part of the toolkit, advisers can access three pre-recorded online seminars. These focus on the current Income Protection market place, look at a robust sales process and benefits of the FRIENDS Income Protection product.
Mark Jones, head of protection at Friends Provident, said: “Our previous mini toolkits have been a great success and have helped to bring all sales support material together in one place for the adviser. Both the toolkit and online seminars further build on the value of distance learning; especially important during an economy where costs and time are limited.
“Having hosted online seminars for over a year now, we thought we would introduce a slightly different take on the live event. By providing advisers with more bite-sized chunks of support, they have the control and flexibility to dip in and out whenever they choose.
Advisers who view each module will gain CPD credits. Support material is available on the online seminar modules as well as on the Income Protection toolkit to help advisers put into practice what they have learnt.
