Following its successful application to Ireland’s financial services regulatory body, the IFSRA, Fuel is now fully regulated in Ireland to provide expert advice on Irish, UK and overseas property investments.
Fuel can also assist people with re-mortgaging existing property through dedicated third party alliances.
Tom O’Neill, chief operating officer of Fuel Investments said: “We are delighted to be able to offer our services to the Irish property investor. Over the last few years, property has finally - and rightly - become recognised as a vital component of any balanced investment portfolio. It is therefore essential for investors to have genuine expertise to turn to when facing the crucial issue of raising finance for property investment. We are very excited about this next stage in our development and look forward to offering competitive tailored solutions to fit the growing demands of today’s property investor. As a Dubliner myself, our move into Ireland is a particular pleasure.”
To help secure a highly successful move into Ireland, Fuel is currently seeking to establish a permanent presence there, with various options being explored for an office in Dublin.
In further steps out from its UK base to become a truly multinational business, Fuel also already operates in the USA, Spain and Hong Kong.
Fuel USA operates an office in Orlando, Florida, in the heart of some of the best American residential property investment opportunities. This operation provides dedicated local financing expertise to investors in the fast growing US property markets.
Earlier this year Fuel opened an office in mainland Spain to better serve the Spanish market through a greater local presence. And in Hong Kong, Fuel has recently opened an office to cater for the increasing demands of the ex-pat community there.
