Joining are property expert James Gibbs coming from Wellesley where he specialised in development finance, having worked in the industry for over 12 years; Jeremy Crinall, an asset finance specialist with seven years’ experience, joins from Econocom, while Sandeep Parekh joins from BNY Mellon after five years.

Funding Circle has experienced a surge in enquiries from intermediaries over the last six months, with many enquiring about new property finance products.
Since its launch in 2010, Funding Circle has helped more than 4,000 businesses borrow more than £270m.
