The Wilmslow based company who specialise in offering completely independent mortgage advice were the only firm from the North West of England to be nominated at the awards which were held in Birmingham recently.
Managing Director of Gascoigne Halman Financial Services, Geraldine Hardman, is absolutely delighted to win:
“In the 10 years since we launched the Financial Services division, we have seen our business treble in size and I put this down to all the hard work that the team has put in ensuring we give the very best independent professional advice. Customer service is key to our success and this is the reason why our clients not only recommend us but come back to us for their mortgage advice. Our team has 11 staff with 7 independent advisors working for us throughout North Cheshire and South Manchester, all of whom are fully qualified in mortgage advice, life assurance and pensions.”
Geraldine continues:
“Being independent means that we have the benefit of being able to choose a mortgage from over 130 lenders which guarantees that we can find and arrange the best mortgage to suit the needs of our clients. My team and I are thrilled to win this award as it shows that the lenders who voted for us have recognised the level of service and the quality advice that we give. We were up against a great deal of competition from all over the country this year and we will all be striving to win again next year.”
The 2003 awards, which are to become an annual industry event, were hosted by Pink Home Loans, part of the Skipton Group and were sponsored by GMAC residential funding. The winners of all 16 categories were voted for by the lenders themselves, and were designed to recognise excellence in the intermediary mortgage market, reflecting the views of the whole sector.
