Mark Tiley brings over 12 years of experience within the financial services industry to his new role. He joins GE Money Home Lending from Lambeth Building Society where he spent two years as retail sales manager responsible for its branch network, plus a further two years as marketing manager. Prior to joining Lambeth, Mark held a variety of positions that include branch sales at TSB and senior area retail manager at Birmingham Midshires.
In his new role, Mark’s key priority will be to work with his team to develop marketing initiatives to ensure the igroup offers products that are relevant to a wide range of intermediary customers.

Jo McMenemy has worked for GE for five years, joining the UK Consumer Finance arm of the business in 2000. During her time at GE, Jo has worked with a number of high street clients, managing strategic marketing and product development for retail branded credit cards. Prior to joining GE, Jo spent a year in advertising before joining Chelsea Building Society to work as part of the Marketing Department working on mortgage and investment products. Jo’s main objectives in her new role will be to maximise all GE Money Home Lending new product initiatives and ensure that they exceed the requirements of both customers and brokers.
Jo commented: “I am excited about moving to GE Money Home Lending and look forward to embracing a new challenge in my role in the NPI team. We’ll be taking a fresh look at how we design and market our products to ensure they offer the features, value and accessibility our brokers and customers want. “
