Launched less than a year ago, it was only just over three months ago that the 200th member was appointed, giving an indication just how rapidly Genesis Approved is growing.
Frank Thurlby, head of operations, said “ From the outset we knew we wanted our mortgage club to offer that little bit more than others in the marketplace, and also to afford its members an element of exclusivity. For that reason we decided to limit membership to 400 and with the steady stream of applications being received, we are certain to have reached our target by the end of the year as planned.”
Genesis Approved is free to join but to qualify for membership intermediaries must meet certain criteria. They must be MCCB registered, operate from professional premises open to the public, have e-mail facilities and also be able to commit to a minimum volume of business.
