The promotion works in three stages: brokers will receive a £50 discount from Genesis’ standard valuation fee when a packaged mortgage application is submitted along with a special promotional voucher. On receipt of the application, Genesis will send a second voucher for a £75 discount to the broker, which can be submitted with their next application. A further voucher for a £100 discount will be sent out on receipt of the second application. The vouchers, which are being mailed to all supporting brokers, can be redeemed against packaged applications submitted before 30 September 2004 (terms & conditions apply).
