The network believed the move declared its intentions of growing its members as part of an aggressive drive in attracting more appointed representatives (ARs).
Powell, who was previously head of sales at GHL Group, will be responsible for ensuring the Group’s business strategy - growing the company’s distribution - is delivered.
A focus on increasing its distribution will allow Powell to approach acquisition targets – and investigate the potential of creating AR academies, designed to develop and grow the network’s existing membership.
