Event sponsors will be showcasing their latest product ranges to a large proportion of the network’s distribution and delivering seminars on current industry topics on 22 November.
Designed to appeal to Appointed Representatives and Directly Authorised brokers, the event has attracted over 20 of GHL Group’s leading product providers.
Platform and Kensington, with Platform focusing on how they are tackling advances in technology to streamline processes, will highlight their responses to the current ‘credit crunch’.
Seminar speaker, key account manager for Platform, Neil Wyatt, said: “With the current credit crunch and its impact on customers and advisors, we need to embrace all that is available to ensure that we all provide the most cost efficient means of transacting business. As we move forward together, GHL Group will have access to a single system designed to improve the quality, speed and consistency of transacting online applications.”
GHL Group sales & marketing director, John Smith added: “By delivering a seminar, our leading product providers can target a large number of our Appointed Representative and Directly Authorised distribution at the same time. The seminars proved to be extremely well attended last year and broker feedback was excellent. I would like to thank our product providers – our event sponsors – for once again providing subject matters that appeal to a wide audience who are eager to discover more. Places are being reserved very quickly, which is a testament to the topics our providers will be presenting on.”
GHL Group host their Appointed Representative Awards Ceremony during the evening, which recognises the support of its top achievers for 2006. Details of GHL’s overseas conference for their Appointed Representatives and Packager Partners will also be revealed. The event draws to a close with after dinner speaker, former England rugby ace Martin Bayfield, who co-presented ITV’s coverage of the Rugby World Cup with Jim Rosenthal.
