Simon's background includes 10 years in Australia, most
recently as COO of Aussie Home Loans, as well as 13 years spent at Arthur Andersen, both in the UK and as a partner in Sydney.

In his role, Hinshelwood will be responsible for drawing together all operational aspects of the business. His remit will cover loan originations, servicing and business process improvements and he will be key in the development of the company's operational strategy.
Simon, who lives in Blackheath, qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1989.
