GMAC-RFC was first nominated in 2006, when it reached 68th position.
The listing was secured following positive feedback obtained from an anonymous employee survey. In addition, GMAC-RFC was ranked in terms of leadership, management, personal growth, employee wellbeing, the team, giving something back, the company itself and whether employees feel they get a fair deal.
In keeping with its approach to rewarding performance across all levels within the company, GMAC-RFC is sending 60 employees and their partners on an all expenses paid cruise to the Baltic Sea – stopping off in Stockholm, Helsinki and St Petersburg – and providing a further 15 colleagues with a 6-week paid sabbatical.
Chris Kujawa, human resources director of GMAC-RFC, commented: “We are delighted to have been included in the Sunday Times Best 100 for the second year running. We are very proud to see our company featured in this list alongside other organisations who obviously value and motivate their employees. We do not take such awards for granted and will continue to look for ways to improve our position.
"We have always believed that our employees are the key to our business success and that by engaging with them they can become a great way to advertise to future applicants.”
