This comes after GMAC-RFC announced its business through remote processing partners had reached record levels.
The Mortgage Service has been packaging GMAC-RFC cases for the last six years and has now been elevated to Remote Processor status. This means that Esther Greig, a GMAC-RFC lending consultant, is based in their office permanently to ensure even greater control over the mortgage process from application to completion.
The Mortgage Service, who have been established for six years, are a leading packager in the South West and attribute their success to their fantastic staff and low staff turnover, with most members of staff having been there three years or more.
