McMIllan starts this week and will be responsible for credit risk, operational risk and compliance functions within GMAC-RFC.

McMillan brings with her over twenty years of experience in retail financial services, having worked in risk management, financial control, accounting, statistical analysis, supplier, project and facilities management.
