Neil will take up the new role of area manager for the Northern Team, and will be responsible for seven regional sales executives.
He has worked for the top ten lender for almost five years, joining in November 2002. Prior to this he worked for Britannic Money and John Charcol, and has over 14 years experience of working in the financial services industry.
