The products, which allow borrowers to take out a combined mortgage and unsecured loan to either 100 or 125 per cent, will be removed from Godiva's range on Friday 22 February.
The move follows that of Alliance & Leicester (A&L) earlier today, with the lender pulling its PlusMortgage products.
Godiva's MD, Colin Franklin said that whilst the products had been a useful addition to the lender's portfolio, a steady reduction in demand and subsequent applications prompted the range withdrawal.
He said: “MOREgage applications have reduced to a negligible level and it is no longer cost effective to maintain the additional underwriting processes for these higher loan to value loans."
