The 0845 number is aimed at helping reduce costs for brokers and provide additional capacity for direct lines into the firm. The switchboard number will now be 0845 373 3737.
The switch to an 0845 number follows on the back of significant investment in state-of-the-art phone technology to enable the firm to effectively process the 35,000 to 40,000 calls it receives every month.
With this facility, all Goldsmith Williams telephone and fax numbers will change to 0845 numbers, ensuring that anyone calling or faxing the firm from BT lines will only be charged at local rates.
