Meanwhile in Bristol, the property purchased for the largest quantity was a seven-bedroom house in Whitchurch, which sold for £3.6m.
A seven-bedroom property in Kirby Muxloe, Leicester was sold for £3.2m, and a five-bedroom home in Ringinglow, Sheffield was sold for £3.05m.
