Legal Issues’ bespoke online application system allows brokers to guide clients through a series of simple questions to filter their needs, resulting in them being directed to a suitably qualified solicitor.
When an enquiry is submitted the system selects a solicitor within close proximity to the client’s home or business address with the relevant expertise to advise. The full application is delivered to the solicitor within seconds by email. The solicitor receives this enquiry and under the Legal Issues service level agreement will contact the client during normal working hours and within 24 hours from the enquiry.
The whole process ensures that brokers are able to offer clients a fast, straightforward and comprehensive solution to their legal requirements whilst earning a referral fee for introducing clients to the service.
Access will be granted to use Legal Issues back office system/portal and usernames and passwords will be issued upon registration for case updates and status changes.
