Andrea Cadby joins from Shawbrook where she spent the previous 14 years as operational support manager.
In her new role as head of operations, Cadby will report into Lisa Crane.
Anna Lewis takes up the new role of head of new business and will be responsible for leading the internal lending manager team.
Other additions include a trio of lending managers, Danny Kiely and Luke Mudd both from Shawbrook, and Aimee Amphlett from Castle Trust
Furthermore, Emily Cope joins as sales support.
