The estate agency has opened four new branches so far this year and has several imminent launches.
Hamptons International opened a flagship branch in its headquarters in London’s Mayfair in January this year to capitalise on the strength of the prime central London market.
Hamptons International will also expand its presence in the western region with the opening of a sales and lettings branch in Bristol.
The new Bristol branch will work alongside Hamptons International’s Bath branch, which is the best performing branch outside of the M25 to further stretch the agency’s presence in the South West of the UK.
Marc Goldberg, head of sales at Hamptons International, said: “Our growth strategy throughout 2011 saw us target local markets linked to where we have a proven track record of strong performance.
"We will continue this approach throughout 2012, pinpointing new markets which fit seamlessly into our existing network.
"London is a specific focus for us as are opportunities which allow us to expand our footprint beyond our traditional markets.
"Further afield we are reviewing our international network to further support our UK proposition as well as to specifically address markets which are in high demand by our UK customers.”
