The five HBOS mortgage brands – Halifax, Bank of Scotland, Intelligent Finance, Birmingham Midshires and TMB – have given clarity on the verification of product data held on sourcing systems:
Product Data Verification
All HBOS products will be clearly marked for ease of intermediaries use. HBOS expects this new system of product verification to be fully in place early in 2006.
KFI Guarantee From HBOS Websites
HBOS will continue to guarantee the online KFIs generated via its own web-based systems. This guarantee extends across the five mortgage brands.
