The deal, offered for the next six months, will allow advisers to gain leads by placing business with the firm.
If the master broker pays out on five secured loans in one calendar month, the intermediary will receive 20 remortgage leads.
In addition, Help will provide a service level guarantee and keep the broker up-to-date with every case at all times. The company has pledged to provide a decision-in-principle within two hours and complete all deals within a two to four week period.
Brokers will be given a dedicated account manager, weekly status reports and will have complete flexibility regarding client contact.
Robert Ridge, managing director of Help Personal Finance, commented: “Help is committed to providing an excellent service to the intermediaries who use us to help them through the maze of secured loans.
"We are now providing free leads to reward those who do use our service and to incentivise those who have not used Help Personal Finance before so they can see what they have been missing.”
Paul White, consultant at Belgravia, said the incentive would be a good thing for those intermediaries who write secured loan business.
He said: “This is good news for people who do secured loans but that is something we do on occasion and only when it is right for the client. Often these can be for thousands of pounds.
"I don’t forsee us doing a lot, but if you write a lot of second charge business, then it may be of use.”
