Faye will promote Heritable Bank’s bespoke property finance offerings and develop key introducer relationships across Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Cumbria and Lancashire. Having worked for Natwest in Merseyside for the past ten years as a relationship manager, Faye knows the areas very well and has a strong knowledge of the property market.
Heritable Bank will continue to recruit BDMs to boost its existing team of regional BDMs and is looking to build its profile in London, the South West and other parts of Northern England over the coming months. The business will also be adding to its underwriting team.
Colin Stevens, residential lending director of Heritable Bank, commented: “Being able to attract people with Faye’s experience and knowledge is a tribute to how far Heritable Bank has come in the past 18 months. Not only will it bolster our strong market position but having the likes of Faye in the team will attract others to the business.
“We have built up a base of strong, long-standing introducer relationships and are keen to replicate this success in core regions across the country, following on from the appointment of Robert Salter who is covering East Anglia. Many brokers have grown vexed by the box-ticking mentality of larger lenders leading to a growing appetite for our combination of underwriting expertise, client focus and genuine flexibility.”
