He brings over 30 years of experience in financial services
Specialist property lender Hilco Real Estate Finance UK (HREF) has appointed Steve Allen (pictured) as senior business development manager.
Allen brings over 30 years of experience in financial services, including personal banking and more than 20 years as a financial adviser. He has also worked as a regulated bridging broker for London brokers SPF Private Finance and Clifton Private Finance.
For the past six years, Allen has been active in the bridging finance market, working with a network of specialist finance brokers across the UK. He is CeMAP qualified and has extensive experience in complex lending structures.

HREF provides bespoke, flexible property finance solutions nationwide across various real estate sectors and capital structures. It offers short-term loans for growth, acquisition opportunities, development exits, and refinancing exits, with loan sizes ranging from £1 million to £50 million.
