The building society, which lends throughout England and Wales, is offering a 2-year fix up to 85% LTV at 2.85% with no early repayment charges, while the overall cost for comparison is 5.2% APR.
Another product is a 5-year fix up to 90% LTV at 4.75%, with the overall cost standing at 5.4% APR.
A third product is 3.99% up to 85% LTV with an overall cost of 5.0% APR.
One existing product, the 2-year fix up to 80% LTV, has had its rate cut from 2.49% to 2.39%.
Chris White, Hinckley and Rugby chief executive, said: “Fixed rates are currently proving very attractive to many customers and these new mortgages and the rate cut keeps our range highly competitive and delivered with our outstanding customer service levels.”
Mortgage fees have been reduced to £199 on arrangement and £800 on completion, as they previously stood at £295 and £695 respectively.
Valuations are free for properties up to £1m.
Hinckley and Rugby charges the arrangement fee after assessing the case, so customers do not lose out if the application falls at the first hurdle.
