The area website now has new multiple tabs to quickly get introducers where they wish to be. New additions include comprehensive FAQs, an income calculator and a contact form for rapid email communication.
The introducer’s area still includes details of all the Society’s mortgages, its lending policies, a Decision in Principle facility, downloadable PDFs of forms, KFI production and online application submission. Registration is an automated, instant process.
Hinckley & Rugby business development manager Carolyn Thornley-Yates, who leads the Society’s dedicated introducer team, said: “We’ve listened to introducers – including at face to face meetings – and have revamped their area on our website to better serve them.”
