Its 75% loan to value mortgage now has a rate of 3.29%, a discount of 2.35% from the standard variable rate.
The 80% LTV mortgage now has a rate of 3.39%, a discount of 2.25% from the SVR and the 85% LTV.
Chris White, chief executive of Hinckley & Rugby, said: “Thanks to these rate cuts our discount mortgages are even more appealing. We expect them to be very popular.
“The 3.39% rate is very attractive for buyers with a deposit of 25% or more, whilst the 3.89% rate is available for buyers with just a 15% deposit, which brings a great rate into reach for many more people looking to buy a home. Given they are lifetime discounts, these are very competitive mortgages.”
