Its 2-year discount mortgage, up to 80% loan to value, is now 2.24%, its 2-year discount rate up to 75% LTV has fallen to 2.15% while the 2-year fix, up to 80% LTV, is now 2.29%.
Hinckley & Rugby chief executive Chris White said: “The interest rate on these three key mortgages for buyers and remortgagers have been cut to make them even more attactive.”
All other terms for the three mortgage products are unchanged. Fees remain at £295 for the arrangment and £695 on completion. There is a free valuation and no early repayment charges.
