As part of its Special Servicing HML will be providing a full panel management service to those clients that require it, and over the past few months a rigorous procurement process has been undertaken to appoint service providers for field counselling, litigation and asset management.
The companies will provide field counsellors for HML’s Special Servicing clients – visiting customers from post completion through to pre eviction.

Field counselling is an integral part of understanding a customer’s problems and consequently agreeing a course of action that best suits both the customer and the client.”
HML’s Special Servicing proposition was launched in December 2008. In recent months the company has undergone a rebranding, acquired Baseline Capital Limited and has announced the integration of Scarborough based Specialist Mortgage Services (SMS), giving HML a fifth UK site to sit alongside Skipton, Padiham, Glasgow and Londonderry.
