Hoare had been with PTFS since January 2013 having joined the firm following stints with Select & Protect and Pink Home Loans.
David Carrington, sales and marketing director at PTFS, said: “As part of plans to further strengthen our sales focus, our sales and marketing functions have been merged.
“This will provide a more cohesive approach and ensure we are in a strong position to support your future growth.
“As a result of the restructure, the head of commercial relationships role will no longer exist; as a consequence Neil Hoare will be leaving the business.
“I would like to thank Neil for the work he has done with members and providers alike, especially in the successful delivery of MMR to the network, and for his significant contribution to the strategic changes that the business has gone through in the past two years. We wish him success with his future career plans.”
Following Hoare’s departure a new head of sales role has been created with Mark Hebberd taking the position on an interim basis.
Hebberd previously worked for Aviva, for whom he ran several sales teams, national account teams and also sales training teams.
Additionally Vikki Jefferies has been appointed to the new role of mortgage proposition manager where she will be responsible for Personal Touch’s mortgage proposition, including buildings and contents and buy-to-let.
