With effect from 19 February, Advantage’s ADV range of non-conforming products will be available to Home of Choice members.

FSA appoints head of mortgages and credit unions
Mandy Spink has been appointed head of mortgages and credit unions in the small firms division of the Financial Services Authority.
Spink replaces Michael Lord who has been appointed head of the retail management support unit.
Spink currently leads the retail intermediaries sector team, which has responsibility for identifying emerging retail trends and risks in mortgage, general insurance and financial advice firms.
