Specialist lender Hodge has appointed Jan Preece (pictured) as chief finance officer.
Preece previously held the role of finance director at Friends Provident International, having been a key executive member of the Friends Life/Aviva Group since 2014.
She has experience setting up new target operating models and implementing new business systems and is used to managing teams remotely across the world.
