The partnership, which was the first post-‘Mortgage Day’ network to be launched, made its decision following an extensive review of the market. It comes after three independent surveys stated that Trigold now has more than twice the users of any other system.
Keith Baldwin, chief executive of Home of Choice, said: “We understand sales professionals and their needs, and have built modern, e-enabled and tailored sales processes that provide a level of ease not available or offered elsewhere.
“The sourcing system operates at the heart of an adviser’s business and we wanted to ensure that we made the right choice for our market network members.
“There are many reasons why over 60 per cent of the market uses Trigold but I think it comes down to the fact that it’s managed to package the most advanced technology available into a practical and easy-to-use end-to-end system.
“We did consider a dual offering but Trigold offers us everything that our members need to support and develop their businesses,” he explained.
Bill Safran, chief executive of Trigold, said: “We’re flattered to have been chosen by Home of Choice to be its exclusive system. We’ve worked closely with it to customise our system for its members.
“Its bespoke version of Prospector AAA integrates with its client management system and provides all of its members with approved panels, individual proc fee arrangements, insurance links and Home of Choice-approved compliance documents.”
He added: “Another crucial deciding factor was the availability of the Electronic Trading Centre which allows the online submission of AIPs and full mortgage applications. We’re looking forward to a long and productive working partnership with Home of Choice.”
