The service, branded ‘Loans of Choice’ and created exclusively by Enterprise Group, has a panel of 10 lenders to provide loan solutions to fit varying client circumstances.
Richard Coulson, chief executive officer at Home of Choice, said the decision to develop Loans of Choice had been made following consultations with clients and partners. He explained: “We’ve been delighted with the safe, first charge, non-conforming packaging service provided for us by Enterprise through Choice Homeloans. Our strategy, to provide the best all-round proposition for brokers, has led us to develop Loans of Choice with Enterprise.”
He added that the addition of Loans of Choice would enable the firm to enhance its market standing. “By having our own branded packager for second charges and bridging loans, Home of Choice is able to focus its growing buying power and achieve market-beating service and exclusives,” Coulson said. “It also allows us to ensure that safe business is written at all times. We have ensured that, for those partners who want it, Loans of Choice will create a partner-branded enquiry form, to sit on the partner’s own websites, so their clients can apply for a loan. Again, it’s an integral part of our business-to-business strategy, to strengthen the businesses who join us.”
