Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) Specialist Mortgages has appointed Scott Phillips (pictured) as national account manager.
Phillips will be responsible for supporting the lender’s business relationships with their mortgage network and mortgage club accounts.
Phillips has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and most recently he was national account manager at One Savings Bank.
Prior to joining One Savings Bank, Phillips held a number of sales and management roles, including spells with Chelsea Building Society and Northern Rock.
